Incest Couple sues EU
http://www.ok.co.uk/worldinaction/view/5482/Incest-couple-take-on-EU/

An incestuous brother and sister are taking on the European Court of Human Right to win their right to continue their relationship.

Patrick Stuebing, 31, and his sister Susan Karolewski, 23, have four children together - two of which have disabilities.

According to Mr Stuebing, the German couple didn't know eachother as children and he therefore believes their relationship is valid and legal, reports the Austrian Times.

He said: "The law came in under the Nazis as part of the Third Reich's attempts to "purify" the Ayran race.

"We didn't know each other as young children. It is not the same thing for us. We fell in love as adults and our love is real."

Mr Stuebing, an unemployed mechanic who lives on a welfare income, was adopted at the age of four before moving in with his biological family when he was 18.

Miss Karolewski says "nature took over" when she met her brother and she simply fell in love.

She added: "There was nothing we could do about it. We both were attracted to each other and then nature took over from us.

"It was that simple. What else could we do? We followed our instincts and our hearts."

The couple's lawyers claim that the law forbidding incest is an "infringement of the fundamental right to sexual self-determination, and thus unconstitutional".

2. I'd have a hell of a lot more sympathy
if they hadn't felt the need to allow "nature" to produce children through their coupling.

5. "There was nothing we could do about it." What bullsh!t.
I wouldn't even want to _start_ a list of all the situations in which I've enjoyed mutual attraction but from which I or the other person moved on because simply no good would have come from the situation. "We followed our instincts and our hearts" shows very little regard for rational thought, in my opinion.

6. Yep. I once had a killer crush on a first cousin. When we were in grad school near each other,
we hung out a lot. But I never even considered it being more than that. Don't even know if he had feelings. My brain and my hormones had a long conversation. My brain won.

8. Same here,
And he wasn't even genetically related to me. (I'm adopted.) There was an enormous mutual attraction, but even at 15, i knew that no good could come from it.

7. I say let em keep fucking.
But no more kids cause that's extremely cruel to them and to the gene pool. So you can go fuck as much as you want but he should get a vasectomy and her tubes should be tied.

9. Yes, forced sterilization is the answer, isn't it?
Education might work better, but that's just an opinion shared by me and maybe 90 percent of the rest of the world. :eyes:

10. As opposed to forcing them to stay apart?
They've got 4 kids together, how much education would you recommend?

11. It's a little late for education for these two. Don't you think?
They already have 4 kids. Did you want them to keep making disabled children or do you really believe that if the court says no, they're really going to stop?

12. She was only 10
He's 8 years older than her and he moved back in when he was 18. Thus she was only 10 years old when they 'fell in love" and nature took over...

There's a whole lot wrong with THAT picture.
