Cat food makes me cry
I miss my baby cat. I really am losing hope he'll come home.

5. oh, I'm sorry, helderheid
I was wondering if he'd come home but hadn't seen any threads.  I'm so sorry.

Looks like the young black female who showed up on my back porch a few days ago...

6. Thanks Flaxbee, He's a 12.5 male Bombay who showed up out of nowhere in the desert (had been dumped)
and we had an unspoken agreement that that would be how he'd go in the end. Off into the night.

I see him in the shadows and hear him in the background but he's not there.

I am beyond heartbroken. I'm just sick.

7. well, he seemed to know that you'd come to an
understanding of what he might do when the time came. I lived in the southern California desert, and one of my boys left like that, too. It's hard. And I kept feeling him jump up on the bed, too, long after he'd gone.

I hope he is on your front porch tomorrow. If not, though, I offer you more hugs  and hope some of the pain goes away as time moves on.
