4. thanks for the vibes
I feel silly for being up and worrying over something really silly in the view of life.

worrying about our local hockey team..and which player is getting cut. WTF. Though it's weird how it's being done. The coach singed two players...making us a player over. But doesn't release who is getting cut. So been doing the numbers game. Who I see needs to go.. though isn't always the one the coach picks. Our defense needs help. the one guy who is best of defense is a forward and he doesn't have any goals or assists. there is a guy who is bad on defense who needs to go. What I think should happen is that the defense guy needs to be cut..and put the forward (who is a good enforcer) on defense.

I have bigger issues to worry about...like hoping to get a new job before my current job is finally phased out.

and yet I'm not worried about that. I'm keeping the faith that something will come up with that.

so what am I worried about... a hockey team. and hoping my fav player doesn't get cut. Who by the way isn't one of the ones I have mentioned. Just some of the fans don't like him for some reason. then again, they dont' like the other guy who used to get a ton of goals. But these guys have been having to do defense as well as offense... and while most of our defense is no where to be seen. Why am I so wrapped up in this? at 3:30am??? Oh well..

so stupid. I'm too old for this.

it doens't help that it's Thanksgiving and I hate the holidays.

2. I'm here all night
I work 3rd shift and I pop in to the Lounge every hour or so to see what's up. Anything in particular you're worried about?

7. see my reply
silly stuff... really stupid silly stuff.

When I have MUCH bigger issues I should be worried about... I'm not. I have faith in those things..job problems will work out. funny that way huh?

and the little things...

a stupid hockey team...

a friend who is in a relationship that is all wrong for him...

Oh and crazy cats... who want to find the cat nip in the middle of the night and go nuts.....

Not good on holidays anyhow... don't really like them...

But I have faith that things with my job. and money issues will work out. and the fact I have ms, I will do fine... that much I do know...

I have faith in the big issues will work out.
the little things... I think I'm OCD...

I tend to obsess with the smallest of things...

5. The stuff you can't do anything about is what usually keeps me up too.
Sometimes you just have to roll with it, and let things work out on their own. Deal with what you can control or influence, and make peace with what you can't.

Good vibes to you pookieblue!

8. One thing I do when I start worrying about the stupid stuff is
just start going through my "stupid stuff" list in my mind, and asking myself, about each thing, "Is there anything I can do about it right now?" Of course, the answer is almost always "No".

And sometimes, in the course of doing that, I do think of things I can do the next day, productive things.

You might give that a shot; it's helped me quite a lot over the years.

And just in case you need it,
