Its 4 am in the morning, at 7 am i have to put a turkey in the oven |

i couldnt sleep. i have a horrible cold. now i have a whole dinner to make and have ready by noon. help me stay awake til 7 am. AHHHHHHHHHHRGHHHHH :)

I made sweet potatoes and the infamous green bean casserole, salad and biscuits and of course mashed potatos with gravy. the basics, thats what the family wants. along with a cheese , crackers and dates plate. and pie. lots of pie. i will think of this day as a 'challenge'. i just hope i dont hallucinate throughout the dinner. :hugs:

that sounds delicious. How do you make your biscuits? I tried it once and failed terribly.
Maybe you can take a nap in the afternoon.

where in germany? thats where my grandmother is from. no thanksgiving in most places, my daughter in law is a brit and she lived here for awhile and called me yesterday to tell me she hates missing a good dinner today. shes in london now for awhile.
