Ours will be coming out of the oven in 7hours and 20 minutes!

7. We're keeping it simple
Mustard green beans, sausage stuffing, smashed taters, cranberry sauce, and our neighbor is bringing a salad. Apple pie for dessert, either ala mode or with vanilla bean ice cream.

And billions and billions of turkey sandwiches, casseroles, pot pies .... !

6. Mine is going in at about 11AM, to be ready at 2 - 2:30, only
my turkey is a ham.
9 1/2 pound boneless, with pineapple rings and cherries, clove and nutmeg, with a pineapple juice and brown sugar glaze.

without it's legs and wings. They are roasting in a separate pan. It should be done in about an hour, I'm thinking.

ETA: It's unstuffed except for some lemon slices, fresh rosemary and a couple of garlic cloves.

My MIL decided she was going to fly out to my SIL's around 4 today.

I just checked it and the juices are running clear and I'm getting 160 in the thigh, so just about there.

9. Mine went in about 10 minutes ago.
Should be around 5 1/2 - 6 hours till it's done.

Time for a rest, then it's tidy up time, then the sides.

I love cooking. :D

Something weird though... it seemed I had much less stuffing this time. I used the same recipe, but I toasted the bread (cause of that thread yesterday). At Christmas I'm going to have to make a double batch of the stuff. I looooooove stuffing.
