Well, I had them going...

Visited my mom at the nursing home.

Brought the staff a dozen gourmet cupcakes.

They were going on about how sweet my mom was.

I told them that she served 25 years in prison for inflicting multiple stabs woulds on some drunk guy that was fucking with her.

I told them she was not as sweet as she looks.

They believed me.
