Do artificial sweeteners give u a headache? |
|
It never fails with me. I thought it was a sinus infection. Then, I noticed this lemon package that I put into a gallon of tea had artificial sweetener in it. Guess I'm allergic to it or something.

Splenda does not bother me at all, but Nutrasweet/Aspartame is the worst.

5. This stuff is called Sucralose. |
|
It was in a Countrytime Lemonade package. I looked it up online. It's a sugar substitute - made in China. That's all for me this lifetime. Never again.

I've been using aspartame since it was still in the testing stages and my husband was consulting to G. D. Searle in Chicago in the early seventies, and, granted, I don't consume a lot, but I've never had any problems with it.
