at the end of a long, stressful day at work I can always count on coming home to post here and look forward to something crazy going on! It's like some kind of release...it's hard to describe. This is really the place I come to unwind, and I'm glad to see you guys at this ungodly hour still awake and typing away because you're probably as bored as I am right now....

anyway....:D who is still suffering after their Thanksgiving?

I'm not too bored tonight, but still...

And after last night, I thought honestly I'd not have to eat again for some time!

I wasn't too hungry this morning, but my appetite did improve as the day progressed!

3. Hey you!!! Always great to see you...I had some leftovers tonight

some turkey with stuffing on toasted bread ( managed to make two sandwiches out of it ) considering the amount of turkey we had last night. You see, we had 2 turkeys...my sister cooked one 23 lb bird, my nephew and his wife cooked a 20-something pounder. There was enough stuffing to feed Uganda. We also had honey-glazed carrots, my other sisters famous pineapple stuffing ( this is to die for, believe me ) my sister-in-laws absolutely wicked deep-dish apple pie ( her family is very German ) creamed cabbage ( my moms famous recipe...the stuff is so-fucking good ) and this interesting side dish that was a cream-cheese dessert with horseradish and some kind of apricot type of glaze to it? this one is pretty bizarre but damn was it good....it was something different someone tried out, but it was a hit.

Anyway Peggy...I'm about fifteen pounds heavier now and I got some work to do...I can't stay this way, you know that! :D
