Bobby Withrow spent years kicking people. Now he gets kicked. It's his way of way of giving back.

Withrow, 46, restores hot rods to pay his bills but teaches self-defense as his passion -- something he has in abundance.

Nicknamed "Chop Chop Bob" by friends and co-workers, Withrow, of Short Pump, jumps at any opportunity to talk martial arts. Teaching it is even better. In his words, "It's wicked cool."
