My roomie is driving me nuts the last couple of days.
He has a terrible cough and he lost his voice because of it. I am out of hearing aid batteries and can't hear a word he is saying. Yet he still tries to talk to me. I just do the old standby, smile and nod.

1. Tell him you don't want him to strain his voice, so maybe it's be better for both of you if her
wrote it down. That way, you can communicate and not have to get driven crazy. Tell him he needs to rest his voice.

2. I will
Thanks for the advice. His room is downstairs and he can message me if he wanted to. I guess he just doesn't like to type much.
