I had 5 gallons of "lager" that I made last week (ten days ago) done fermenting so I bottled a 6 with sugar drops and added the rest to a keg and force carbonated it at 30 psi. I'm just going to see how it turns out.
I then made 2 gallons of a Canadian draft, 2 gallons of a pale ale and 2 gallons of another American lager.
I am "brewing" another five gallons of a continental pilsner right now.
I have just recently got into home-brewing and I am in that stage where I am going nuts with it..lol.
The two gallon "brews" are from Mr Beer kits because I have a friend of mine who is opening up a new hobby store and he will be carrying that brand. I am curious to see how they turn out and if they are good I will be buying ingredients from him at a pretty good discount.
So..today I "brewed" 11 gallons of beer. :eyes:
In a few weeks anyone is invited over for a brew..lol

Oh, that sounds wonderful!
Too bad I"m 2000 miles away, or I'd come by for a drink!
Cheers!:toast:
