9. We still got them
In fact, every time I get one I have to carefully examine it to try to figure out what it's made of. So far I've deduced sausage, egg, cheese, and some sort of wheat dough/crust. But trust me, I've put those all together before and they taste completely different. There's just SOMETHING about them.

11. Greek would hardly be considered "non-traditional"
anywhere from Connecticut (almost literally across the street from me back in New Haven) through (especially) upstate NY all the way around to Michigan (duh!) and into Chicago.

12. On top of that...
...didn't the Italians get their inspiration for pizza from a Greek recipe? Or am I dreaming this?

13. A lot...
1.) Tomato pie. No cheese, just dough, olive oil, chopped basil and oregano, sauce and sliced tomatoes.

2.) Pakistani. It was your typical cheese pizza except it was made by Pakistanis and the sauce was slightly differently spiced. I think it had cinnamon in it.

3.) I've personally experimented with a number of different doughs and grains. Of these, the best by far was the day that I filled a pre-made pie shell with cubed vegetables (mushrooms, onions, garlic, fennel, eggplant, red pepper, tomatoes...I'm forgetting at least a quarter-dozen more.) and pizza sauce, topped with a small mountain of mozzerella de buffalo and baked it.
