1. I washed my car yesterday, thinking it wouldn't snow until next week... |
|
I mean, all last week they were predicting snow for Wednesday... Thursday... Friday... always sunshine.
Now it's doing dandruff out there. x(
We're lucky; in MN we're to get 1 inch. Folks in Chicago - last I heard - 4 to 8 inches, which means we'll get 0.25" and they'll get 3"... and the meteorologists throughout the land will still act all smug and haughty over what a great service they've done. Gee, they lie. On a continual basis. Anyone in any other field would be sacked on the spot.
Why can't we all be weathermen and lie for a living?

it is all your fault then.
I think i am going to go find an empty parking lot and do donuts all day long, or until the local constabulary asks me to stop.

It's strange here. One minute it will snow and then the sun comes out and it is gone by afternoon. The last place we lived, ND, it would snow and stay till spring. I kind of miss that.

8. I would gladly trade your sunshine for snow |

In Kansas, we get COLD Windy Snow
and in our town, we are the city's babysitter so we NEVER cancel school for snow. ALL the other districts around us will be closed but NO not us..... God forbid the parents actually have to TAKE care of their own ...
make the teachers risk their lives..
UGGGGGGGGGGg

9. It's turned to slop on the streets. |
|
But in the spirit of the season I went out and put up my wreath and my Christmas lights, and now my shoes and the legs of my jeans are wet. The lights look nice, though.
