27. Apparently, even though I've only had this modem less than a year,

it was "an old modem" according to the Time Warner Cable guy. He put in a new modem and I hit the ground running. I had to tear myself away to go lock the door back after he left. I hated leaving the internet long enough to walk 10 feet to lock the door. I was :scared: I'd miss something.

The new modem has a bunch of different lights and they are all X-Files green. :woohoo:

a very fulfilling day. Ran some errands and then fixed my programmable thermostat. Have a few logs in the fireplace, which is throwing off some nice ambiance.
