After so many months of watching and admiring Barack Obama, I began to notice certain things.

He is a great father and husband.
Me? Not so much, I'm divorced and my kid lives with her mother.

He is really, really smart.
Me? Not so much. I was lucky to get my BA.

He is admired by millions across the world.
Me? Well, my Mom still says she likes me.

He has helped thousands of impoverished people.
Me? I'll drop a dollar in the Salvation Army bucket at least once a year.


So, I asked myself "What is the main difference between me and Barack?"
Simple answer? He's black.

So I went to a plastic surgeon and started getting melanin injections. I couldn't have finished the treatments had it not been for all the great support here at DU. Here's the before and after pictures:
