Bi-Baby is making turkey stock as I post (Vegetarians and Vegans...Don't look!)
I almost puked several times watching her (and somewhat helping) hack up the carcass. :puke:

Bi-Baby was tres brave for tackling this job. :scared:

And if you can tell by the pix, someone in my family was trying to kill everyone by undercooking the turkey. :o

3. Ha! Those were actually for
Shakespeare's awesome Pecan Pie recipe. :D

And yes! It's all going in the freezer tomorrow. Soup for months! Yay! :bounce:

11. You made teh pie!! Yay!
I made SIX PIES at my almost-in-laws. Two pecan, two pumpkin, two apple. All with homemade crusts.

They were pretty much inhaled--great success!!

Your stock looks yum-meeeeeeeeeeee.

On edit: I put the warning in the subject...I wouldn't want to subject y'all to that horror. The process put me one step closer to becoming a vegetarian...series. It was all kinds of wrong. x(
