1. Yo, TK., maybe we're missing our calling..... |
|
maybe we should start a business shipping this stuff out to Yuenging lovers nationwide. For a nominal fee, of course. ;)

4. Do you know how many people I've met who have come out here |
|
to visit and once they taste it, they wish they could bring it back with them! Not only that, one of my roommates friends lives in England ( comes home regularly to visit his mom and dad..they are all Brits ) and whats the first beer they're drawn to?
You gotta love it!

I have a couple buddies in Manchester, and I've actually shipped it out to them. For me to ship a case to the UK cost $50 American dollars. Yikes!
They said it was worth every penny. :)

5. Uhh..no. Budweiser is crap, but everyone knows that |
|
In fact, when I lived in Florida the Walgreens I worked at just started carrying it a few weeks before I got canned there. They couldn't keep it on the shelf. Tampa has a brewery?

Hence my point. I wasn't comparing quality, I was comparing availability.

14. Lord Chesterfield Ale is probably my favorite of all of them....cheap |
|
by the case ( around here probably about $24.00 ) and it is really good shit! Plus, I have found that no matter how much of it I drink...zero hangover, I swear

15. I agree that Chesty Ale is the best of the lot. |
|
With one caveat: you must buy it by the case. If you see a six pack in an illuminated beer case, pass it by. I have no idea why Yuengling insists on green bottles, because Chesterfield Ale skunks in a few days, and even lager doesn't hold up long when exposed to light.
Also, I have never seen Chesty Ale on tap. There are a couple of local establishments that have really great lager on tap, but I've never seen Chesterfield Ale on tap.
