7. orange marmalade or peach preserves
YUM!

And it has to be unsweetened peanut butter (Smuckers, or Richard's, or something that's just ground peanuts, no sugar - too sweet that way), chunky.

Drool.

Haven't had any in a while. Husband has asked me to NOT bring bread into the house, so I'm on a deprivation diet. :(

34. I wish I knew!
Probably an indicator of some huge character flaw that my family and friends are too polite to tell me about. I like jelly well enough, and I love peanut butter...I just haven't ever mixed them.

Edited on Tue Feb-03-09 09:06 PM by MineralMan
quite like them. Tart, sweet, with an interesting texture. Seeds, too.

They're pretty easy to come by. Most shops that sell scandinavian goods have the preserves. Mostly, the ones you'll find will be Swedish, and they're fine. The ones from Finland are a little harder to get.

A quick Google for cloudberry jam will find you some online sources. Around the Twin Cities, Lunds and Byerley's grocery stores have them, right in the jelly aisle. I always keep a jar on hand.

P.S. Ikea usually has them, too.

26. In the raspberry family, right?
I did a quick search ( real quick..watching a dog here at the moment ) but they are orange in color.
Perhaps I did hear about them a while back but have forgotten. I'll look for it in Ikea!

Cherry is the best though. However it costs about 3x more than grape.

36. Peach jam on mine please. I like to make my pbj on whole wheat
bread, cut it into strips and then dunk it in a glass of ice cold milk. Besides tasting wonderful that way, the bread soaks the milk up like a sponge and helps to reduce the peanut butter buildup in the roof of the mouth.

I ate PBJ so often as a child that I made a vow never to eat PBJ again after I graduated from high school. I will eat peanut butter and choclate syrup sandwiches.
