He worked in the office part up front but still I am sad because he was a part of this world. I didn't know him but I just think that I could have passed by him briefly in the past. I wish that I knew him because I wished I could help him. I have battled depression (still) and I wish that I knew him to even just give one hug. You don't realize how calling someone to just ask them if they are doing "Ok" will make someone feel good.

2. Yes indeed.
I told myself I hope somehow he found peace. It just saddens me because though his pain was individual only known to him, I know the way it feels like to want to just give up.

3. I'm so sorry. A former coworker of mine took his own life just a few
months ago. He couldn't find work in over two years and lost his marriage. If a person already suffers from depression then the times can be especially difficult.

I hope that his family can find peace.

4. It is so sad. So many people are in such pain and seeing no way out.
Peace to his family.

6. I'm amazed at how many people still downplay depression.
Or assume that people can just "snap out of it".

Sorry this happened.
