How are you today? Be happy!! It is Friday, the weekend is practically here !! :bounce:

So yesterday while groceries shopping I get a call on my cell regarding my land line. "We call to set up an appointment. We can come Friday between 1pm and 5pm and next week also between 8am and noon. When do you want us to come?" "Uhhhh ...." "We also can come Saturday between 8am and noon." "Please come Saturday!!" (even though it sucks to be up early x( ) When I got home I had a notice in my mail box "We were here today at 11am but you weren't home" ... THANKS FOR TELLING ME IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!!! :mad: :banghead:
Oh and yesterday evening I wasn't able to get online either x(
I really really hope they get it fixed tomorrow. They better show up!!!!

It is so good to see you. But also sorry to hear that you weren't able to sleep.

My phone line got installed begin of January after I moved (I kept my old number) but a couple of days ago the phone was suddenly dead. So I called my company and the next day I found out there was a power circuit in my line and that a technician has to come and repair it. The internet worked till yesterday morning. I have Wireless access since last weekend. I hope that isn't connected somehow.

I would try and get through to the phone company to try and confirm that appointment in the morning...it would stink to get up only to not have them show!

My plan is to get some of my work stuff done b/4 we go out to dinner. We're going to a concert afterward, but I'm going to have to leave the concert early to resume my "work duties". Definitely going to "gently" mention my "above and beyond" actions - for all the good that will do. :rofl:

I really need it right now. Work has not been just too fun lately. It seems management hones in on errors, even if they are ever so slight, and seems to forget about the extra hours we put in with no pay, and of course scenarios like I mentioned above. *sigh*

The guy on the phone explained about yesterday. They had a blowout in their system so all the dates about appointments were lost. But the info went through to the technicians anyway and the went ahead with the appointments. Except the customers didn't get the info because the company didn't have it. Or something like that.
