Woo hoo! 207.5 lbs this morning! That's 2.5 lbs from last Friday. |

Did it all with portion control and cutting way back on snacks, particularly late night. And making sure I get in the morning 20 minute swim. That includes a Super Bowl party also where a lot of noshing happened.
I am 6'3" and would like to get down to 190 lbs.

I am hoping to slim down a bit myself, I have a problem doing it with my work hours. I don't get off work until 6pm and arrive home at 7pm so by the time I eat it is usually 8pm. I then have to be bed by 9:30 in order to wake up by 3:30am and do it again. I am going to have a schedule change in May so I will be able to eat earlier and maybe be able to drop some weight. I'm 6'6" and 245lbs, I'd like to be around 220 or 215lbs.

heading for at least 240 by the time I go back to the DR. in mid-March. I'm walking 2.5 miles a day and also have cut down on snacks and portions. One of my dreams is to get down to 200 lbs so i could take the mule ride into Grand Canyon. Good luck with your goal
