2. That's an amazing line
The shock that a person like that would have, barely remembering seeing a car as a kid and then almost going in a time capsule and coming out surround by them.

3. There were lots of lines that speak to prisons of the mind.
So there are literal prisons and metaphorical prisons. Andy Dufresne refused to be imprisoned, even when he was behind bars.

That movie is so well written it's not even funny. :)

12. oh man
All I can say is I hope we can create some good stuff to replace some of it. It hurts to see some people who we all identify good memories with pass one. Paul Newman was another one, I still can't believe Fast Eddie Felson is gone. :(

That clip just makes me cry...

So damn good, so damn good...

Safe passage to James Whitmore!

We are less without him.

That movie is my #1 movie of all time.

8. I bought it last summer
Even though I've watched it many times, it's good to have and if I need to throw something on while I write or whatever, I know I have that great movie in the arsenal. :)

9. My husband bought it for me for Christmas...
It was a total surprise!

I've seen it many times too...

You know it's from the novella by Stephen King...

Great story!
