I'm thinking about finally getting two of the tattoos I've wanted for years. I'm probably gonna start small, just get the two egyptian wadjet eyes I've wanted for a while on my shoulders.

1. Not this year.
We weren't expecting to have to buy a new fridge, replace a kitchen floor and busted water pipes four times, etc. We're already much lower on cash than we wanted to be at this point, so the tax refund is going toward paying bills ahead and that's pretty much it.

3. We got one for LyricKid w/our financial aid too.
We weren't able to get him much for Christmas, so we made up for it with that. He LOVES it--heck, we all do. Rhythm and I have been playing the Wii Sports stuff like crazy, lol.

5. I can testify to this.
It's especially fun in the "training" and "fitness" modes, when you get to knock down more and more pins. The last pin lineup has 91 pins to knock down, lol. LOTS of fun.

:hi:

10. Ooooh! That sounds awesome!
I'm hoping that I can find one next weekend, I get my check on Thursday. I hope that within the entire Boston area, there is at least one Wii to be found. That's my Valentine's Day plan, Wii marathon. I'm a hopeless romantic, no?

8. Not just a game console... also a way to keep in shape.
:)

Unfortunately even if I had the money for one, I don't have the SPACE to play Wii here. My granparents have lived in this house since 1970, and they're the ones who passed on the 'pack rat' gene to me.

7. Probably not this year.
My husband's job is looking uncertain so we'll put the money aside in case it's needed later.
If he keeps his job then we might have some fun with the money... maybe a new laptop.

9. Well, here's to hoping that things settle down and you'll be able to do 'frivolous' in the near
future. :)

12. Directional mike... no need to worry about the boom operator getting in the way.
Handy if you don't want to worry about breaking the mood. Or if you're doing porn and you don't want the boom operator to get in the way of whatever various acrobatics you're shooting... :P

14. I paid back my savings account.
I made a withdrawal to pay off some debt.

Now, I have a refund on overpaid property taxes coming to me, and I might do something frivolous with that. The something is yet to be decided.
