Apparently 100-500 people are adrift on an 8-mile-long ice floe in Lake Erie! :wtf:

Why were they on the floe? Perhaps ice fishing... no one knows! Hope they are all OK though!

My Dad has a place not far from there in Port Clinton and those people are really nuts about their fishing...:crazy:
Hopefully they are rescued but it sounds like there was warning this could happen...

What a crazy story! It was over 50 degrees here in Columbus today -- I'm sure it was a bit cooler up there, but I still wouldn't have been out on the ice!
