my new favorite herb is tarragon....it makes whatever you put on it that much more fucking awesome
I just had some chicken marinated in a white wine cream sauce with tarragon...amazing. That is all

they never used the thing, but the last time I was over he actually made a tarragon mustard which was magnificent...served the stuff with hot soft pretzels.
Now, I am on the hunt for a recipe for Peter Christians mustard I got from a good friend and co-worker when I lived in Florida...she gave it to me, and I lost it. Can't find it anywhere, but I know it is out there...somewhere..have to search the internet and impress my relatives at the next gathering
