and there's no help on the store's web site.

what should we do?

2. The fantasic dried tabouli mix is easy to make
You just soak it in some water for an hour in the refridgerator.

5. make sure you have lemons and olive oil as well.
and tons of parsley unless it's in the mix already but fresh parsley is a must in it.

6. If it's dried, you just need to re-hydrate it. Soak it in water,
probably in the fridge is best.

8. Try 1:1
After it has been sitting for an hour, taste to see if everything has softened up to your liking. If it has and there's extra water you can press it out.

Definitely look for stuff to add to it before eating. It'll be fine on its on but much better with small amounts of any or all of the following added to the fully re-hydrated mix: minced scallions, chives, or red onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, fresh lemon juice, olive oil
