6. True story: back in 1994, I was making trip from the Cities to Bemidji

Just north of Brainerd, I drove by a club that looked like it was built out of a poleshed. On the marquee were the bands playing that night:

I contemplated spending the night in Brainerd just to catch the show. But my family reunion was only two days long and I was a day late as it was.
