Better--or at least as good as--lots of the mainstream pop artists I liked when I was 13 or so: Grass Roots, Guess Who, Rare Earth, etc.

Rather CP on the radio--the handful of hits I know by them--over I Kissed a Girl, the Kid Rock "Sweet Home" thing, My Humps, that girl fight song, etc.
