Fact: A 4-week old puppy will turn anyone to mush. |
My local news is doing their "Animal of the Week" thing just now. The picked animals for the show are two 4 week old puppies from a local rescue. Now, the guy doing the feature is usually kind of a hardass jerk. But in this segment, he was holding one of the pups (and as you may know, at 4 weeks, puppies tire easily and will just lay there) and I don't think even he realized it, but he started in with the baby talk and pretty much forgot much of the segment. It was pretty damn funny.
I can't believe our military has never thought of trying "Operation: Four Week Old Puppies" on the terrorists.

5. Heinz 57. A total hash. |
The one the guy was holding looked St. Bernard in color and face, but was too small to be one. The other one was brindle. The woman representing the rescue said they didn't know who was the dad, but the mom (they have the mom and the litter) was around 40 lbs.

4. "Operation: Four Week Old Puppies" would just humanize them too much. |
It'd make Americans more pissed off when they kill brown people, so it'd never get past the first stages of planning before someone shut it down.
