I want to build stuff, or set fires, or like.. work and stuff?

I'm considering turning my dog's loveseat into a dehydrator, well, either that or building another birdhouse or burning leaves or making a beer can crusher...

Is this normal?

1. I'm with you on the beer can crusher, but I already have one.

5. UPDATE: the temp is hovering at 82 degrees within my dehydrator
I converted a smoker. I'm thinking I'm still too cool. That is 2 40 watt light bulbs in an old light fixture.

Thinking I need 2 75s or 2 100s.

Anyone know the minimum or ideal temps in food dehydrators?

:D
