I'm so tired of being tired.
I know I'm lucky because I'm not in pain alot from my chronic condition. But the goddamned fatigue is a problem. It does disrupt my life. All I did was a little shopping this past weekend and now I'm home from work because I'm so fucking tired that even eating is an effort! I haven't been sleeping well and I can't even seem to nap today because I'm so overtired
I miss the days when just walking up and down the steps was easy.
Sorry for the rant, I'm just so frustrated.

4. I'm so sorry, TZ...

It sounds really frustrating. Has your doctor addressed your concerns? Is there nothing they can do to give you more energy?

What about acupuncture?

5. Not much.
It comes and goes. as for acupuncture..sigh--I have to inject myself with needles enough so that the idea of sticking them in for other reasons doesn't particularly appeal

7. My friend who regularly visits an acupuncturist says you don't even notice the needles...
I guess it depends on who you go to, though.

8. I'm sorry.
:(

I know what that's like so empathize and send you lots of good vibes.

But unlike me, you still have a job and a life, so you still have to be able to function. So I really hope you can get your fatigue under control.
