If I am on drugs that make me laxidaisical..what can I do..other than coffee.. to make |

myself more on during work hours? I walk to work and that keeps me "on" for an hour after I arrive. Thing is work isn't very busy often and I just zone out.

You might want to try yoga or tai chi, as both are supposed to help increase energy while relieving stress. If it's not busy at work, nobody will notice... :hi:

I had the same problem with some of my meds. I was able to halve the dosage of one of them, which was a big improvement.
Check with your doc-- you may be over-medicated.

but taking 1 screws me up for days, and I can take up to 3 per day, which puts me to sleep for several days.
Talk to the doctor who prescribed them - everyone has different reactions to a given med, and some are more severe than others.
