From the Healthfood store...Sometimes a large dose of Garlic will do.( I've made sandwiches with it) Also, I use a supplement called Wellness. It has a lot of goodies to help squash what's ailing you. Immediately take 1000 grams of Vit C. Also, a sea salt gargle couldn't hurt. Get well soon!

Warm salt water. Every few hours.
Also, drink plenty of fresh water. It wouldn't hurt to take something with Vitamin C and echinacea, either. EmergenCee or whatever that stuff is. I use Airborne at the first hint of trouble and never catch anything. YMMV.
Rest. Stay warm and dry.
