PITA - have to get blood drawn for teste this morning, fasting, too, |
so I haven't had anything to eat since early last night. BUT I need to know my cholesterol and sugar levels, and all that stuff, so it's a good thing. Besides, after I'm done, I can have a great brunch of 4 scrambled eggs, home fries and sausage.

4. Is there ketchup on it? |
Just finished breakfast, having 2nd mug of coffee right now.
I was told several weeks ago that this place opens at 9 AM, kind of odd for fasting blood work. Turns out they open at 6:30. Grrrr! But I'm better now. TZ, whatever you had to do that for, I hope you are better now. mark

8. Fasting blood work is inhumane. |
Especially if you get a late appointment and can't have your coffee until the afternoon.

11. Try having three days in a row of having to fast the night before |
When I was at Mayo last spring I had that..So I would have about a 4 hour window in the afternoon to eat but suffice to say after having various tests I wasn't that hungry. I think I ate mostly chips and water with some soda my 4 days there..
