WBUR in Boston has a fundraiser.... $150 for a dozen, $250 for 2 dozen & a box of belgian chocolates
all the proceeds go to supporting public radio, so yeah, the roses are expensive, but it's for a good cause.

that were hydroponic. Four vases for $19. I bought them because I figured that the vases alone were worth that much.
Tulips were very pretty, but alas, didn't last long. Too cold to plant outside.
