Whoever designed Spinning Equipment must have also designed BDSM Equipment
"Try Spinning" my friends said

"It's great exercize and you can set your own pace" my friends said

"You'll love it, it's addictive" my friends said.

My ass is not meant to sit on some tiny little seat made of solid concrete for one hour straight. I have blisters where none should ever imagine to have blisters in their lifetime.

2. Cycles aren't comfortable for me
Whether they are stationary or not.

The only ones I like are recumbent bikes, but I can only take about 20 minutes of that.

5. You need a chair cushion!

9. Speaking of BDSM
I'm thinking I might make a cilice:

Not to wear, but just because I have a bunch of silver plated wire and because I can.
