1. Hmm... I've got meltable chocolate here... and I'm goin' to the grocery store later...
Ooh, I've got some meltable vanilla stuff too. I could buy a thing of strawberries and do half chocolate, half vanilla. I don't have anybody special to give 'em to, but I'm sure everybody at work would love that. :)

2. There's something in the chocolate that makes it kind of crispy, maybe paraffin
It's a very thin layer of chocolate but it's kind of like a shell.

3. Yeah, the kind I have is for making candy so it comes out solid after it cools down.

I bought the molds and chocolate at christmastime but I didn't use it all. Unfortunately the person I'm taking care of right now is on dialysis, so chocolate is a no-no for him. :(
