Finish this story:
So my husband wrote out his itinerary, and it clearly says pick him up st 5:15 February 13. So I sat in the airport driveway the airport for an hour yesterday, waiting for his plane. (Mind you, this is about 100 east of Buffalo.) I finally get hold of him on the phone, waking him up overseas, and find out that he's coming home today.

Now, I will greet him with open arms, and I probably won't make a big deal of this, but how could this go in other hands?

5. In the future, he fills out his itinerary in triplicate, has it signed by seven witnesses, and
gets it notarized before asking you to pick him up again

- or -

For the whole drive home today, you mutter about how picking up married guys at the airport just really isn't your thing, but you're making an exception for him -- though you really aren't sure why

6. Yeah, I'd probably do the same, but
I'd certainly entertain myself with a fantasy of hubby walking through an upper NY state winter with a C-5 load of baggage.

7. This is one of those times when a cartoon-style smack to the back of the head might be appropriate.
:)

10. Nah - he's a good guy with a lot on his mind - he is very chagrined
right now. I'm just glad he got the right day and didn't miss his flights yesterday!
