Craig's list is a pretty powerful tool
I set my barbells, dumbbells, and free weights out by the dumpster today to get ready to move. I posted an AD for free craigslist telling all who wants it to come get it. Then, I walked to the liquor store. When I got back there was a traffic jam in my alley of people wanting the weights.

I am glad though, anything you can keep out of the landfill is beneficial to mother earth.

1. Damn straight
We had a rickety picnic table that had been taking up a corner of the yard for YEARS.

Within an hour of posting, we had three phone calls. The next day a lady came with a truck and hauled it away.

6. I used to love to shop around there
but the Tulsa one is a freakin' mess. People put shit anywhere they want and break every single board rule. Since the economy started tanking it's gotten even worse. It's a real shit pile.

10. Sure...
I sign on, click women seeking men and look for girls around my age. This is one that caught my eye:

hello.. i'm Minditron, i love music, i have 3 tattoos. i'm a very outgoing person once i get to know you. im learning to play guitar... woohoo...

so message me with a pic

please no guys over 30\

She's pretty cute from her photo. A little punk rock, which I like on occasion.

So I reply to her, we talk a bit and go from there.

Sometimes it leads to nothing, other times it leads to a quick and enjoyable fling.

Of course, I'm always safe.

Unfortunately, many women are looking for their true love, which never goes well for me. Now I'm guessing the men for women group is universally about sex.

But I don't post ads.

12. It can be fun.
I won't deny there is a nice rush I get the moments before I meet someone knowing what we're about to do.

You've never seen their face.

Is she going to be even better looking in person?

Will you realize those photos are five to six years old when you meet?

Maybe it isn't her at all and a man...

It's exciting!

and enjoyed the fact that I was able to keep my junk from the landfill. I have a bunch of more stuff to give away, but I am going to need a camera to take pictures of it.

The girl who took a dump in the Art Institute parking lot! - m4w
Date: 2008-12-03, 11:53PM PST

I mean, come on!

It was like 50 paces to the nearest restroom!

I sat there in my car wondering what the hell you were up to - you spent at least 2 minutes scurrying around your parked car, looking to see if the coast was clear. I thought you were going to, like, break into someone else's car or something. Then I guessed you thought you were "safe" and hurried to the front of your car, near the third level stairwell, dropped your pants, squatted and WENT TO IT!

For Christ's sake, woman! All the time you spent looking out for passing cars so no one would see you crapping like a dog in public, you could have hustled your lazy ass downstairs and into the building and USED THE DAMNED RESTROOM!

Sheesh!

Anyway - if you're free later, drop me a line. I was never more turned on in my life.
