Pork cracklins are okay..but ever since I watched how they were made on "Dirty Jobs" I've kiinda lost my taste for them....

Triscuits are FAR more suitable for the diet that I stive for... But there's a BBQ joint near my house that makes the most incredible cracklins! When they're fresh and warm... zOMG!!!!!
