Seriously, when did Ed Hardy become a buttrock/stripper/douchebag brand name?
I remember him from my Modern Primitives book I bought back in the late 80s/early 90s, because the story of his worldly influences, incorporation of Japanese art in his tats and how he started tattooing at a really young age was interesting.

Now his signature and painted-on T-shirts are like the Tommy Hilfiger of the Bret Micheals/Jersey Guido set? When did this happen?

I don't know, maybe seeing douchebags wear his stuff ruins it for me?

1. I have a really awesome pair of Ed Hardy shoes.
They're kind of in the style Chuck Taylors, and they're pretty awesome.

I dunno, am I a douchebag? :P

3. I know, it looks like Jude Law's "AI" character got into a fake tan and wax fight. And lost.

7. ...
The only thing standing between you and 'owing me a new keyboard' is a cheap plastic cover. However, you do owe me a mouthful of coffee...

6. What the hell is that?
I have to admit, I found a t-shirt of his brand at Marshall's that I like. So I own a piece of that clothing line. I forget what the original price was, but I think I paid $20-25 bucks for it.

But, um, what the HELL is he doing to himself. He looks like a Ken doll. And that's not a good thing.
