That seems about the most useful application for it.
I love job hunting.
/That's all.

1. Put the degree away. Go make some pizza rolls and have some beer.

3. It's too early for pizza rolls.
I still have some standards.

2. Yeah, that's about where I am, too.
It's damned frustrating, to say the least.

4. It's a helluva time to be looking, isn't it?
I feel bad for people near, but not yet at, retirement age who are losing their jobs.
My situation sucks, theirs has to be terrifying.

8. Years ago my brother was a new college graduate with
a degree in business. He answered an ad for a job with a car rental company that indicated "college degree required." What a joke. The job basically entailed picking up customers at their homes and bringing them in to pick up their rentals. He also would have been required to "prep" the cars to make sure they went out the door clean. When he complained to the boss that the job didn't sound like one for which a degree was truly needed, the man laughed and said, "Oh, you'll need your degree, all right. It will come in handy for drying the windshields after you wash them."

Needless to say my brother got up and walked out the door.

Keep at it though. Something will eventually come along, and, hopefully, you'll be working in a good environment for and with people who appreciate you and will put your talents to good use.

10. I threw my degree in the closet
I had it on the wall for a while but after my lack of luck finding a job, I got sick of looking at it.

11. Used to be a joke among those of us with music degrees...
We'd hang them prominently in the bathroom with a little hammer on a chain and a sign that said, "Break glass in the event of a T.P. emergency."
