"Family Matters" is one of the funniest shows ever on tv.

I mean, I watch it now on Nick at Nite. It's funny. It is truly funny.

Yeah, there's Erkel. And you gotta give the guy who played that part credit, he played that character so well for so long. And damn, if you just get over the fact that you're watching Erkel, he was damn funny.

But there's also the guy that played Carl Winslow. Great comedic actor, at least in this series. Wonderful facial expressions, flawless timing. And funny.

The show ran for like 9 seasons. Took "Lucy" style slapstick to new heights. Even incorporated some sci-fi from time to time. And it was funny.

An overlooked classic in my book.

I'm about to watch episode 200 and something. 100 episodes is a big milestone for any tv series. And you know what, so far, even into the 200+ episode range, it still cracks me up.

Funny, funny show.
