wondering where I am, then sleeping the rest of the time. I know this 'cause when I stayed at my parents' place, they wouldn't let her upstairs to sleep in my room and she meowed like crazy every night for a few minutes after I left.

as in, "the orange cat just yerked all over my shoes". Sometimes this activity is announced by the COD (Cat on Duty), but is often treated as a secret mission and left for said shoe owner to discover.
