9. First you pop the top on a beer can...
drink half the beer and then stuff the can up the nether region of a dead chicken (preferably one that's been plucked and had it's gizzards removed). Then you stand the chicken upright in an indirect heat section of a grill and cook until done.

I see no reason why not, however your house will smell like a brewery which is not necessarily a bad thing.

16. absolutely. I did mine at 350 until the popper popped out (About an hour and a half)
I also put lemon wedges in there, and poked some holes in the beer can. :hi:

13. I never have put anything inside the beer before
Although sometimes I do throw some aromatics inside the cavity as well like a sprig of rosemary and a clove of garlic. I just wrap the rosemary around the garlic once and tie it off with some twine. I found out it's not a good idea to use more than one clove, even if you really like garlic.

I will throw some dry seasonings as well as some hot sauce in the beer too, then smoke at 225-240 degrees with hickory til done...that's some good eatin'! :thumbsup:

And watch out for those Keystone cans. That lining comes off and gets all over the chicken and everything. :puke:
