When in company of academic types, Febrooary. I also say "wh" words like "when" and "white" differently, depending on who's listening. At home, it's "wen" and "wite." In academic company, I put a bit more emphasis on the silent letter "h" in those words, kinda like Stewie and Cool Whip, but not quite so obnoxiously obvious. :P
