I typically do a good bit of research on any shop I order from, especially if the business is not a household name. That blurb you posted would raise my hackles a bit...

4. I avoid movies and tv shows on dvd if the grammar is off. "Firefly" on blu-ray being an example. |

(which is in the fine print, but for a $80 set I think that reading grammar an 8 year old is capable of producing should be a sign of professionalism and due respect for the customer.)
