They took me out of my (then-existing) program and put me in the new one and putting in a $200 termination fee. This was reversed (their error).
Of course, now I'm in a 2 year contract where I'm supposed to get a big discount each month.
Well, 3rd month and THERE IS NO DISCOUNT REFLECTED IN THE BILL.
Every month I get to call back and tell the (fool) the same story. Each month it's someone new who says everything gets taken care of. Still isn't taken care of.
Incidentally, I also received in the mail - along with the bill showing nothing has been done - that they have an even faster plan that I can try for 3 months for free! Am I going to sign up? Uh, not likely right now -- if they couldn't get my billing right from day 1 and it's still not correct (now in its 4th month) I'm not as likely to fall for it again.
Ugh.
Just.
Ugh.

To date, I've not had any inaccuracies in my billing from anyone (unfortunately)... but when that day comes,
I'll send them a bill. An administrative fee for my time and effort in pointing out their error. $38 should do it.
