The original version on the album, not the live version. The great guitar lick that I love was not in the live version.

6. The "Lovedrive" version of "Coast To Coast" (sorry, Klaus)... |
|
...yeah, yeah, I know...naming an instrumental as the "best" Scorps song probably isn't fair to Klaus Meine, but I'm sure he'll get over it. It's got Michael Schenker, dammit!

8. Can't remember the name of the song... |

...or any of the words, or even if it has words, or even if it's a Scorpions song.
Guitar players, help me out here. It's kind of played in free time at the beginning. Starts with an open bass drone on the low E over which (an octave up) you sort of "fall off" of an A-Ab-E then go E-E-F, which F is held for four long beats at the end of which are three HUGE drum shots, at which point it starts over on the low E. This is played twice (I think) and then slow driving triplets are played up at the 7th fret, 5th and 6th strings, thus:
E-E-E-F-E-E, E-E-E-F-E-E, E-E-E-F-E-E, E-B-C-D-C-D, E-E-E-F-E-E, E-E-E-F-E-E
then longer two-string triplets F5-F5-F5-F5-F5-F5
then repeat the triplets part and the WHOLE thing starts over from the low droning E.
If this is a Scorpions song, then this song is to China White what China White is to The Zoo.
