I don't know what it is I have, but I know it's something GOOD.
I was at a client's house this morning. He has a relatively new doggie that he put out into the back yard before I went in. The poor puppy knew something was up- he stayed outside the door, scratching and crying to come in.

The owner didn't want him in- he said puppy had a reputation for chewing feet, shoe laces, and generally performing mayhem upon strangers. No exceptions. Ever. I said I didn't mind- I seem to have a way with dogs and cats. After a while he gave in and opened the door, prepared for disaster.

Said puppy shot into the house, streaked straight at me, and took a flying jump- right into my lap. I spent the next several minutes getting my face washed by puppy tongue, and he air-dried it with his wagging tail.

No nips. No growls. No mayhem. Only love, pure and simple, and instantaneous. My client will have a sore face for a week because his jaw hit the ground so hard.

I told him and he wouldn't believe me.

I converted him.

I don't know what it is I have, but I know it's something GOOD.

3. LOL! I always tell guests that my pup will think you came to see HIM!
I wouldn't dream of locking him out. He's so lovable and harmless.

I swear, if I ever had a burglar, I'd have to pick him up and throw him at the perpetrator to get any protection. He'd just kiss and lick him to death.
